By building on personal strengths, ROSC aims to improve well-being and quality of life for those recovering from substance use and mental health disorders. At its core, ROSC creates a supportive system of care that connects individuals to various pathways to wellness and community resources, guiding them through all aspects of recovery in a stigma-free, inclusive environment.
